VDM EVOLUTIONThe VDM Rental history is tightly linked to Manuela Eftimie, founder and CEO of the company. In her career spanning over 25 years Manuela Eftimie has been focusing on the development and implementation of smart transport solutions and she has been promoting a system built on ethics, dedication and passion for a job well done.

After graduating from Construction College and a 3 year career path in this field, Manuela started her activity in the import – export field and realised that she finds herself in everything that is negotiations, contracting, launching orders, tracking orders and coordinating customs clearances. From here to the field of transport wasn’t but a step.

Her career in transport management started by developing the Romanian-Turkish export division of a forwarding company in Turkey, she then worked for a German company in the same field, and 15 years ago Manuela decided that the time has come to start her own company. That’s how VDM Rental was born.

Ever since then the core activity of the company has been the care for client’s needs and the continuous preoccupation towards finding the most efficient transport solutions. The company’s management is targeted towards providing the team with a friendly work environment, a climate that allows them to express their full potential and the professional and personal development of VDM employees represents o continuous preoccupation.
